1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Processing and Limits

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

busd4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (hedging, low-risk betting patterns), coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, or any other fraudulent activity. Bonus abuse may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on busd4d, including slots, table games, and RNG-based games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios operated by licensed gaming providers. We do not manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results in any way.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including football betting (bandar bola), are settled based on official results from the respective sports governing bodies. In the event of abandoned matches, postponements, or other irregular circumstances, our general betting rules (available in the Sports section) govern settlement. Bets on mix parlay accumulators require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay bet is lost. Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets are settled according to the final score adjusted by the handicap line.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Collusion with other players or coordination to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

busd4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Platform. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or obligations.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Any pending bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.

• busd4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the busd4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of busd4d or our licensed content providers and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game mechanics.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction, with the arbitration taking place in English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to Terms

busd4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
